Who is eligible?
• Any student who was registered in one of the eligible programs noted above who ALSO
• Provides evidence of not producing a passing COMLEX score by providing the full COMLEX score report to Boards Boot Camp AND
• Who failed COMLEX Level 1 at least 1 month AFTER having registered for an eligible Level 1 Boards Boot program BUT within one year of having registered for the same eligible Boards Boot Camp Level 1 program AND
• Who ensures that Boards Boot Camp is in receipt of the evidentiary COMLEX score report within 8 weeks of the administration date of the non-passed COMLEX exam in question AND
• Who either passed the 2010 Mock Exam or the 2010 Post-Course Diagnostic Exam no more than 30 days and no less than 10 days prior to the administration date of the non-passed COMLEX exam in question, or
• Who failed the 2010 Mock Exam or the 2010 Post-Course Diagnostic Exam and delayed their original COMLEX administration date, as reported to Boards Boot Camp at the time of your registration, to a date at least 5 weeks from the failed Mock or Post-Course Diagnostic Exam date
Specifications and Limitations: The pass guarantee is strictly limited to the service and product provisions noted above, and the eligibility requirements noted above. The student is not entitled to any remuneration, programs, or services beyond those noted on this page. All the aforenoted guarantee-associated services and products will be provided for a limited time only, limited specifically to no more than 3 months of access to online exams and online videos. All services and products will be treated as a "registration," and will be afforded the same terms and conditions as applied to all Boards Boot Camp services and products. The services and products provided through this guarantee are not refundable or transferable. Boards Boot Camp reserves the right to change the provisions and eiligibility requirements for the pass guarantee without notice. However, Boards Boot Camp certifies that it will abide by the provisions and eiligibility parameters in place on the date of one's given program registration.
